About This Records Site

Garfield County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site. It identifies the official paths for county custody, police reports, court dockets, Oklahoma corrections records, and records requests. It does not operate a mugshot gallery or hold government records. The goal is to make the difference between a roster, a booking record, a court disposition, and a custody alert clear before a reader contacts an office.

What This Site Maps

Oklahoma makes many law-enforcement and booking records available when they are kept and not restricted, but the office holding a record can differ. In Garfield County, the Sheriff's Office, the Criminal Trust Authority-operated detention facility, municipal police agencies, the Court Clerk, and ODOC serve distinct roles. This site collects those public routes so a reader can start with the right office. It does not copy booking photographs or present them as a gallery.

The county's Kinetic Active Inmates interface is the local current-custody lead. A full booking record or photo may need a narrow request to the correct custodian. Court status belongs with OSCN and the Court Clerk. A person later in state custody belongs in the ODOC system. Those distinctions are central to the material here.

Resources Available Here

The pages point to record sources, explain their limits, and distinguish the kinds of records that each source can answer.

  • The county booking and custody path, including the public roster and a specific records-request route.
  • The county's wanted and warrant-confirmation path, including the verified absence of a county public warrant portal.
  • Separate city pages for Enid, Waukomis, and North Enid, each with its own police records route.
  • Official court, ODOC, federal, and custody-notification resources for the correct later record state.

What We Cannot Do

This privately operated site has no affiliation with Garfield County, the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, a Sheriff's office, a jail, or any other government agency. We cannot access a nonpublic file, confirm a real-time custody change, or provide a binding interpretation of a court record.

  • We cannot release, hold, or transfer a person in custody.
  • We cannot post bond, arrange visitation, or send money to a facility.
  • We cannot give legal advice or assess an individual case.
  • We cannot promise that every outside office detail, fee, or policy remains current.

Only the responsible detention office, arresting agency, or court can confirm a current record. Use the official contact route for the question at hand.

Search Partners

Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those providers control their own results, availability, data practices, and pricing. If a search tool leads to a paid signup, this site may receive a referral fee that supports its operation. That arrangement does not change the source of an official record, and it does not give this site control over a partner's result or charge.
