Custody and Booking Contacts
Garfield County detention operations and the Sheriff's law-enforcement functions are separate routes. Ask the office you reach to identify the current records custodian for a booking sheet, jail-register entry, photograph, release information, or arrest report.

Where to Look First
The appropriate office depends on the record type and custody state. The county's online active-inmate list is only a current-custody lead. An absent name does not rule out a past booking, another facility, a municipal matter, or a legal restriction.
- For a booking record, current-custody search, or records-request wording, use the Garfield County custody and booking page.
- For a current warrant question, use the Sheriff and court warrant-confirmation path.
- For Enid Police photos, video, or digital media, contact Cass Rains at 580-616-7049 or crains@enid.org; other EPD records go to Sara Webb at 580-616-7044 or swebb@enid.org.
- For a sentenced Oklahoma state-custody record, use the official ODOC offender locator.
- For federal or immigration custody, use the official BOP locator or ICE detainee locator when that custody state is relevant.
